Terms

Synq (Synq (company registration pending)) gives sellers an online store: a storefront, product pages, checkout and order tools. Synq is not the seller and doesn't take part in the sale: every sale is between the buyer and the seller. By using Synq you agree to these terms, the content policy and the privacy policy.
1. Store rent (sellers)
- LKR 2,990.00 a month or LKR 29,900.00 a year, paid by bank transfer to Synq. The first 30 days after you first publish are free.
- Rent counts from when we confirm your payment in our bank (usually within 1 working day). Rent is not refunded for unused time, unless the law requires it.
- If rent isn't paid, your store is paused 3 days after it's due: buyers can't see or buy your products. Nothing is deleted. Paying reopens it.
- We'll give at least 30 days' notice before changing the price.
2. How payments work
- Buyers pay the seller directly: through the seller's own payment gateway account (card, wallet, QR), by bank transfer to the seller, or in cash on delivery. Synq doesn't receive, hold or pass on this money and takes no commission.
- Sellers are responsible for their gateway account and its fees and rules, for confirming bank-transfer and COD payments, and for their own taxes.
3. Delivery, refunds and complaints
- The seller is responsible for describing products truthfully, delivering them, and handling returns, refunds and complaints, as Sri Lankan consumer law requires.
- Buyers: contact the seller first. If a seller doesn't respond, or a product breaks our rules, report it on the product page or email safety@synqtogether.store. We can remove products and close stores, but we can't refund payments we never received.
- Cash on Delivery orders are placed without payment. Sellers may call to confirm, and may cancel orders they can't confirm.
4. What sellers may not do
- Sell anything illegal in Sri Lanka, or anything the content policy forbids.
- Mislead buyers, take payment without delivering, or misuse buyers' details.
- Try to get around Synq's security, or use another seller's store or keys.
We can pause or close a store that breaks these terms, and remove its products.
5. Our responsibility
We work to keep Synq running and secure, but we can't promise it will never be unavailable. As far as the law allows, Synq isn't liable for sales between buyers and sellers, or for losses caused by a seller, a payment provider or a courier. Nothing here limits rights you have under Sri Lankan law.
6. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will email sellers about important changes before they apply. Questions: safety@synqtogether.store.
